Free Yoga trainings to public

The CBS is also making strides in promoting and propagating knowledge of "Yoga" in communities nearby Maidol University through the university's policy of social engagement. Supported by Mahidol University, the CBS had provided Yoga activities for the public in various forms since 2019.
In 2019-2020, a project entitled: "A project to promote holistic well-being for Mahidol University personnel and students through the Science of Yoga" was initiated by Mahidol university and the CBS, RILCA.
