In 2020, as part of the same project and again supported by Mahidol University, we sent letters informing target institutions about our project and the advantages of Yoga. A number of faculties of Mahidol, some schools in Nakhon Pathom province, and the Galya Rajangarindra Institute (for mental patients) expressed interest in joining the project. At the beginning, we focused on on-site trainings at faculties located at several campuses. They told us that they enjoyed the activities very much, especially the physical therapists who took the opportunity to apply Yoga exercises to their therapy.

Unfortunately, with the spread of Covid-19, we were forced to transition to online instruction, which begat a new initiative titled after "Yoga for Immunity". Over 100 participants from three continents: America (US), Europe (Italy) and Asia (Mongolia, Japan, India, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand) joined the three hour online "Yoga for Immunity" session. This online platform enabled us to grow our audiences for Yoga knowledge beyond Thailand to an international arena. This year there are around 500 participants for our trainings.
